Fixing ATSAlist Email Delivery Issues

Emails from the ATSAlist come from mail-list.com and are tagged with [ATSALIST] in the subject line. If these messages are landing in spam or being deleted automatically, follow the steps below based on your email provider.

Step 1: Whitelist the Sender Domain

Add the following to your contacts or safe senders list:

  • From domain: @mail-list.com
  • Subject tag to look for: [ATSALIST]

Step 2: Instructions by Email Provider

  2. Click the message, then click "Not Spam" at the top.

Step 3: Check Your IT/Organizational Filters

If you access email through a workplace or institutional account, spam filtering may be managed at the server level by your IT department. In that case:

  • Contact your IT helpdesk and ask them to whitelist mail-list.com as a trusted sending domain.
  • Share mail-list.com's official server IP whitelist page with your IT team — it includes all server IP addresses and CIDR formats needed to authorize delivery at the network level.
  • Reference the mailing list tag [ATSALIST] to help them identify the messages.

For IT administrators: Mail-List.com operates several networks and guarantees that no spam is sent or relayed from any of their servers. All subscribers have confirmed and approved delivery via a confirmed opt-in process. A full list of server IPs is available at mail-list.com/about/whitelist and as a downloadable PDF.

Step 4: Confirm Your Subscription is Active

If whitelisting doesn't resolve the issue, verify that your subscription is still active:

  • Visit mail-list.com and check your subscription status.
  • If needed, contact the list administrator or reply to a previous [ATSALIST] email to confirm you're still subscribed.
