Title of Presentation
Include the title of the presentation as it will appear on all conference materials. ATSA requests that the title is limited to 100 characters in length. The character limit ensures that the presentation title fits completely within the registration brochure, online conference platforms and registration systems, conference promotions, and all correspondence from the ATSA office. Any title exceeding 100 characters will be cut off by the limitations of the conference platform.
Format, Application, Level, Focus, and Theme
Select your 1st and 2nd choice of presentation format. Read descriptions of the session format options here. Choose the same format type twice (1st and 2nd choice) to let the review committee know an alternate format choice would not be acceptable for your submission. If you are interested in submitting a Symposium Presentation or a Panel Discussion please download the Symposium Submission Instructions or the Panel Submission Instructions and use the submission form below. Attach your submission as the "abstract" and complete only the Lead Presenter section for the person who will be chairing the Symposium Presentation or leading the Panel Discussion. To apply for the 10th Annual ATSA Student Clinical Case and Data Blitz please download the Student Clinical Case and Data Blitz Instructions and email your completed submissions directly to Kelly McGrath, Conference Administrator: kelly@atsa.com by the deadline within the application.  
Financial Disclosure
All individuals must indicate if they have any financial interest in a commercially available product or a commercial interest related to the subject matter presented involved in their proposed presentation(s). ATSA is providing Continuing Education credits for the 2023 ATSA conference. All individuals who are speaking at the conference are required to disclose to the learners any financial relationships with a commercial interest related to the subject matter of this activity. A commercial interest includes, but is not limited to, psychological tests, software, devices, and guides or workbooks, as well as any entity producing, marketing, re-selling, or distributing health care goods or services consumed by or used on, patients. Upon acceptance of your abstract, disclosure information will be reviewed in advance of the program in order to manage and resolve any possible conflicts of interest. Specific disclosure information for each presenter, activity director, and planning committee member will be shared with the learner prior to the presenter's presentation. Having a financial interest does not affect your eligibility to present. This information will be provided to conference registrants through the conference registration brochure and program. Please indicate if you or any of the other presenters have any financial interest in any commercially available product involved in your proposed presentation.

Abstract Document
All abstract submissions are required to include 3 Learning Goals for the proposed presentation as well as a brief bio for each presenter. Each Learning Goal should start with “Upon completion of this educational activity, learners should be better able to…” and it is important to keep each Learning Goal to a 300 character limit, otherwise the content will be cut off. Remember to include the title of your abstract at the beginning of the document. The abstract itself should not exceed two double-spaced pages. Up to two additional pages are permitted for the Learning Goals and the presenter bios. Abstract documents must be submitted in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx), or Rich Text (.rft). By submitting the abstract for consideration, the Lead Presenter agrees to present this session at the ATSA conference if the abstract is accepted.
