Title
As it will appear on all conference printings. The title must be exactly the same title as on the attached document file - please keep it succinct! A good length would be no more than 10 words in length.

If you are interested in submitting a symposium, a panel or an abstract for the Student Clinical Case and Data Blitz, please download the Symposium Submission Instructions or the Panel Submission Instructions or the Student Clinical Case and Data Blitz Instructions and email your completed submissions to Kelly McGrath, Conference Administrator: kelly@atsa.com.   Please select your 1st and 2nd choice of presentation format. Read descriptions of the session format options here. Choose the same format type twice (1st and 2nd choice) to let the review committee know an alternate format choice would not be acceptable for your submission.
2021 Venue Type
Please note this question will be asked many times throughout the year as US Federal or State meeting guidelines change. Answers will not disqualify a proposal. The information gathered is important for the Conference Committee to be able to gauge the volume of the conference content for all venue types: In-Person only, Online only, or a Hybrid of both.
Financial Disclosure
All individuals must indicate if they have any financial interest in a commercially available product or a commercial interest related to the subject matter presented involved in their proposed presentation(s). ATSA is providing Continuing Education credits for the 2021 ATSA conference. All individuals who are speaking at the conference are required to disclose to the learners any financial relationships with a commercial interest related to the subject matter of this activity. A commercial interest includes, but is not limited to, psychological tests, software, devices, and guides or workbooks, as well as any entity producing, marketing, re-selling, or distributing health care goods or services consumed by or used on, patients. Upon acceptance of your abstract, disclosure information will be reviewed in advance of the program in order to manage and resolve any possible conflicts of interest. Specific disclosure information for each presenter, activity director, and planning committee member will be shared with the learner prior to the presenter's presentation. Having a financial interest does not affect your eligibility to present. This information will be made available through the conference registration brochure and program. Abstract Document
All abstract submissions are required to include 3 Learning Goals for the proposed presentation as well as a brief, one paragraph bio for each presenter. Please also remember to include the title of your abstract at the beginning of the document. The abstract itself should not exceed two double-spaced pages. Up to two additional pages are permitted for the Goals and Objectives and the bios. Abstract documents must be submitted in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx), or Rich Text (.rft). By submitting the abstract for consideration, the Lead Presenter is agreeing to present this session at the ATSA conference if the abstract is accepted.
