Horizon Healthcare, Inc is seeking a part time therapist to perform assessment and outpatient counseling to sex offenders in Hudson, Menomonie, Rice Lake and/or Eau Claire.

Applicant must be licensed with the state of Wisconsin as an LCSW or LPC and have at least one year of experience providing cognitive behavioral therapy to convicted sex offenders.
