Peninsula Therapy Center, PLC in Newport News and Norfolk, serving all of the cities of the greater Hampton Roads Virginia area, is seeking a full time clinician/therapist. We are looking for an LPC/LMFT or LCSW with or without his/her own referral base. We would consider a local PhD or PsyD with his/her own referral base. CSOTP and/or CSAC preferred. Membership in ATSA and/or adherence to ATSA practice standards and code of ethics mandatory. EOE.

Peninsula Therapy Center, PLC is a general mental health outpatient private practice treating the full range of emotional, behavioral and social problems for which individuals seek mental health services. We specialize in the treatment of individuals who are physically, sexually or emotionally abusive and/or who struggle with addictions of a chemical or sexual nature.

We are currently contracted with the United States District Court, Federal Bureau of Prisons, United States Pre-trail Services, United States Probation Office, Virginia Department of Juvenile Justice and Virginia Department of Corrections and have contract work for general mental health services, substance abuse services, integrated services for dually diagnosed mental health and substance abuse, adult sex offense specific services, and juveniles with sexual behavior problems.

We have primary office locations in Newport News and Norfolk and provide services at satellite locations in Chesapeake, Franklin, Gloucester, Portsmouth, and Williamsburg.
