Alternative Behavior Treatment Centers (ABTC) is a not-for-profit residential treatment facility exclusively serving sexually abusive children and adolescents. Licensed by the Illinois Department of Children & Family services, ABTC is the first agency in Illinois to receive DCFS's highly specialized certification for sexual aggression treatment for both our residential and outpatient programs.

Vice President of Clinical Services is responsible for setting the clinical tone of the agency based on best clinical practice. The VP has the primary responsibility for supervision of the clinical services within the mission and vision of the agency. Master's or Ph.D./Psy.D. with appropriate licensure in discipline *Formal training and extensive direct experience with behavioral and cognitive models of intervention with SED adolescent males. 10 years of direct clinical experience, with at least five years working with sexually abusive juveniles preferred.

*5 years administrative experience conducting direct clinical supervision for a staff providing psychotherapy.
